Return and Guarantee
Whether you wish to return or process a claim for one of our products, please use the online return & claim form further down the page. Bemz customer service will then contact you to assist you with the return or claim process. Please read the following questions and answers regarding returns and claims to ensure you meet the requirements.
Return and Guarantee
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Bemz purchase. Our return policy allows you to return your made-to-order Bemz product(s) if you take contact with our customer service within 14 days after delivery. Please check your purchase immediately upon delivery and if you wish to return any product(s), contact Bemz customer service by using our contact form. A customer service representative will then contact you to organize a return.
The Bemz products you wish to return must be unused, in their original state and must be sent back to Bemz within 30 days from the date you received the package. Both shipping fees will be deducted from the paid sum and then we will reimburse the remaining amount.
If you wish to return any product(s), the shipping fees will not be reimbursed. The return shipping cost is the same as the original shipping cost. See your order receipt or our home page for the exact amount.
Please ensure you comply with the following return conditions:
• Check your purchase immediately upon delivery and if you wish to organize a return, contact Bemz within 14 days from the date you received the package.
• The item(s) must be unused and in their original state
• The items must be returned their original packaging and as 1 package.
• The items must be sent back to Bemz within 30 days from the date you received the package.
• The return must be handled by the shipping agent indicated by Bemz.
• Items purchased from the Clearance Corner and fabric sold by the metre can only be returned if defective.
Bemz reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions have not been met. If you wish to send back any item(s) due to defects, see the FAQ section on our 3 year guarantee.
The return shipping cost is the same as the original shipping cost. See your order receipt for the exact amount. If you have met all the requirements listed above, Bemz will refund the amount of all returned items to your credit card, excluding the shipping fees. If you would like a reimbursement of import and duty fees, please contact your government department of customs and excise and provide them with the necessary paperwork.

No it is not possible to exchange one item for another. If you do not like the colour or the design of your purchase, you are welcome to return it to Bemz (according to the above instructions). The cost of the items will be refunded on your credit card (excluding the shipping fees). You can then place a new order for the desired products.
In normal use a Bemz slipcover will last for at least 3 years. This is our promise to you. The conditions for this guarantee are quite simple. Our guarantee is valid providing the slipcover was used in a normal home environment and the advice given in our Care Guide which you received in your package from Bemz has been carefully followed.
The guarantee is valid for 3 years from the date you receive your products. If you should discover a defect please contact Bemz customer service by email at email@example.com or by telephone at +46-8-6646200 or by using the contact form below. We can then help you to process your claim. We will handle the guarantee process as quickly as we can. Bemz will correct the defect if possible or produce a new item for you. If we no longer carry the item/fabric you originally ordered, you will receive an equivalent product or your money back.
Please ensure you comply with the following guarantee conditions:
• Normal use in a home environment.
• The items shall be handled according to our Care Guide. This means washing at given temperatures, not placing covers in direct sunlight, not using dryers, bleach or stain removers etc.
• Return shipping costs that may encur will be paid by Bemz and all returns will be handled by the shipping agent indicated by Bemz.
Usually we only accept returns in the original packaging. However, if the original packaging is no longer usable, you can replace it with one of a similar size.
After Bemz receives and confirms that your return item(s) meets the return policy requirements, we will process the refund. How long it takes depends on the refund policy of your credit card company. Please note that the currency date will be the same as the date on which you placed your order with Bemz online. This means there will be no money loss due to currency changes. Please remember that the shipping fees will only be reimbursed for claims. Upon the reception and varification of your return package at our logistics center (this can take up to 30 days), an e-mail will be sent to you informing you that the refund has been processed.
- The order must be checked immediately after receiving your order, and any defects must be reported to Bemz within 14 business days from receiving the package.
- Our Return and Refund policy does not apply to product(s) purchased from the Bemz’ Outlet, but of course if there is any defect with your product(s) you can contact us to open a claim.
- A defective product from the outlet cannot be exchanged for a new product, it can only be refunded. Please contact our customer service by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will gladly help you.
- Bemz reserves the right to refuse a return/refund if any of the above conditions have not been fulfilled.
