Our refund policy for products in the Outlet:
- The order must be checked immediately after the pickup / delivery, and any errors can be reported to Bemz within 14 business days from pickup date.
- Open purchase and cancellation rights do not apply to product purchased in Bemz’ Outlet, but of course if there is any defect with your product you can claim it.
- A claimed product from the outlet cannot be exchanged for a new product, it can only be refunded. Please contact our customer service by e-mailing us at customerservice@bemz.com with your order number and we will gladly help you.
- Bemz reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions have not been fulfilled.
